Elise

Elise collects passports the way other people collect shoes. She studied nursing in Lyon, bartended in Barcelona, modeled in Milan, and somehow ended up in a Parisian apartment with too many candles and not enough furniture. She speaks three languages badly and flirts in all of them.

Her weekends are split between vintage markets and rooftop parties, and she has never once arrived anywhere on time. She is the kind of woman who orders dessert first and does not apologize for it.

When she is not trying on someone else's life for size, you will find her on a train to somewhere she cannot pronounce, armed with a film camera and a complete inability to plan ahead. She does not believe in five-year plans. She barely believes in Tuesday.
